Using Amazon Web Services cloud-based storage, GREYMATTERS will store any photos, text, and other information entered by You while using the application. The purpose of such storage is solely to allow You to retrieve your data and use the app upon logging into your account from an applicable device. GREYMATTERS WILL NOT SHARE PERSONAL DATA FOR ANY COMMERCIAL USE.
GREYMATTERS is a paid service. Non-payment will result in the loss of USER data and access to the Services.
GREYMATTERS users and administrators must create a password to register for and continue to access the Services. Users are solely responsible for protecting their App password and for creating secure passwords. You must keep your password confidential and not share your password with third parties unless we provide an approve mechanism for such use. Your GREYMATTERS account may be at risk if you let someone use this information inappropriately. GREYMATTERS is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from any unauthorized use of the Service. Administrators such as caregivers entrusted with access to your account may create multiple profiles for use with multiple Services beneficiaries.
GREYMATTERS will not share or use Your personal, medical information nor does GREYMATTERS use location services. Many mobile computing devices will indicate through an icon that appears on the device screen when location services are operating. We urge you to ensure that any device you use with the GREYMATTERS App and/or Services or website has location services disabled or turned off. If You choose to share your personal or medical information, we urge you to use a HIPPA disclosure form supplied by the party who will receive your information.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your needs and the GREYMATTERS Services are prepared to serve you properly. In addition, GREYMATTERS is not responsible for the security of your tablet or mobile devices. Failure to maintain Your account will result in the loss of User Content. You must exercise reasonable care to ensure their security, both physical and technical. You should use secure passwords and turn location services off. You should be sure to back up your own system and tablets and mobile device periodically to ensure that all User Content and information is available to you in the event of any loss or damage.
If your account is canceled or disabled, you may lose access to your medical information.
We Take Steps to Protect Your Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to secure your identification information against unauthorized access, change or deletion. When applicable, we encrypt transmission of data, if any. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.
Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in the USA. GREYMATTERS does not control the procedures, processes and policies of AWS.
Ad Companies Collect Data
GREYMATTERS does not share your data or allow advertising companies to access your data and GREYMATTERS never shares or uses any personal or medical information for advertising purposes. However if you have other Apps on the same device that You use for the GREYMATTERS App, You should be aware that other Apps might seek to access any personal or medical information stored on the device. Ad companies may seek to collect and use data about You to customize content and advertising on other sites and applications. GREYMATTERS has no control over the policies or activities of other App providers.
